750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy-spicy, hoppy, pale malty and slightly yeasty spicy aroma, notes of fresh hay, mustard seed, hints of tarragon and old lemon peel. Taste is minimally sweet, biscuity pale malty, grassy-spicy hoppy and slightly yeasty spicy, minimally tangy, notes of fresh hay, hints of mustard seed, tarragon, old lemon peel, a mineral touch, fruity overtones with hints of apricot; minimally watery passages, smooth and soft palate. Maybe a bit simple, but very refrishing, nice Cascade profile, still sessionable at 4.8% - very good!

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Nice dry Belgium yeast beginning. Funky, dry, interesting. A bit pale in aroma, Belgium dry yeast, no fruits, a bit of funk. Nice but interesting.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before July 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy and a bit resiny aroma of passion fruit, mango and some peach. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, fruity-grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, clove and some peach, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry and slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Hefiger, eher trockener Beginn von mild kräutrigen Noten. Trocken bleibend, deutlich herb, der Hopfen bleibet zu mild. Flach. 10/7/8/8/9/7

0,75 l bottle from Brolters, Bremen. Pours out clear dark golden with a mighty white frothy head. Low fruity malt and yeast on the nose. Taste low fruity, shy hop, low malt. Hints of belgian yeast, low sugar. Increasing dry in the seocnd part. Below average carbonation. Relative light stuff.
