kolejny przeglad black IPA. Nie tak fajnie cytrusowe i zywiczne jak z browaru Trzech kumpli. Ale wyglad ladny, nie przepuszczajaca metna brazowo-czarna barwa z bezowa spora i trwalsza piana. W smaku sa cytrusy, ale tu wyczuwa sie wiecej czekolady i wieksza palonosc. Z tym IBU przesadzono, Blackcyl mial mniej i zdecydowanie chmielniejszy byl.

Bottle 0.5l. Almost clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, pralines, liquer, citrusy jelly, Christmas tree. FLAVOR- very smooth and silky, neutral, moderately bitter, roasted malts, licorice, pralines, herbal, dark chocolate, Christmas tree. Fuller bodied. Just great!

Piwerko pięknie się prezentuje - czerń. Aromat, lekko leśny. Smak - zaskoczenie, mało owoców. Cierpkie, gorzka kawa, paloność, dopiero pod koniec czuć ipowe chmiele. Dużo goryczki. Więcej takich czarnych ipek.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of hops, roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, citrus and pine. Moderate sweetness with medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Lovely bitterness to finish. Very nice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of hops and citru, with some roasty and estery notes. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with roasty touches and sweetish notes of malt and fruit. Estery, malty and fruity aftertaste with bitter hints. Decent.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, rich hops, flowers and has a nice long bitter finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Oily. 280718

Dunkler, leicht süßer Beginn mit steigender Röstigkeit. Mild bitter, Noten von Schokolade, eher wenig hopfig, rund. Würzig, steigende Intensität, langer Nachhall. 10/9/10/10//10
