Hazy pale golden. Light dusty applskin aroma, light bandaids, applecore, medium dry, a bit wood, tart, almond retronasal.

Bottle courtesy of BeerandBlues2, thanks! Cloudy golden orange color, still. Aroma of sulphur, light feet, fruit. Taste is lightly tart apple flesh, dry finish. Delicious.

On tap at Haymaker NYC pours a muddy gold with a faint ring of head. Nose is crab apple, some gouda, a little meaty, some pear and apple. Flavor is more apple, but melon now instead of pear, definite cheese too. Dry finish.

On tap at Proletariat, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse funk, with a bone dry apple core quality. Flavour follows suit, with bone dry apple cores and lovely farmhouse funk. Mouth puckeringly dry finish. Really well-made.

Tap at Muller’s. Strangely colored, cloudy, deep dark yellow. Fun. Lace. Funky, acidic nose, bretty, musty. Not so sour flavor, but funky as hell, dusty, musty. A bit weird. Complex but a bit too funky, acidic as well. interesting.

50 cl bottle. pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Dry and citric, wooden, light sulphorish. Crisp apples and dry finish.

Bottle. Poured at a height, yields a quick to fade bubbly white head with a murky golden yellow body. Aromas are citric, funky, barnyard, lightly rubbery chlorophenol, lemony, leather, acidic and tannin high apples. Flavors are mildly sweet, highly acidic, moderate high tannin, fresh apple character. Moderately to highly acetic, but not super unpleasant. Floral fresh apple notes. Very lightly petillant. Good.

Bottle from Simply. Cloudy matt golden coloured. Nose is sour apple, lots of leather, a bit lactic. Flavour is sour apple, slight acidic and tart. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Fairly dry and slightly sour finish. Really pleasant.
