Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - Hackney, London. Day 3. Pours deep brown with a frothy khaki head. Really nice, lots of meaty dark malts, bittersweet chocolate, well toasted malts, coffee beans. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced finish, nicely rounded chocolate character, soft roast. Excellent.
