Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Clear golden copper with a decent off white cap. Nose is dusty fruits, straw, twiggy, green apple. Taste comprises grass, grains, dusty fruits, hedgerow. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with bitter sweet elements. Poor golden affair.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is subtle, light tcp, orange. Flavour is composed of big medicinal, tcp,. Light grains, straw,. Palate is semi sweet. Decent cask condition. Ok. Lingering grass.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear gold beer, decent white head. Smooth and dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry pale malts. Soapy floral bitterness. Ripe citric fruits. Dry and bitterish fruity finish. Okay.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - London. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a fluffy white head. Poor, astringent, rubbery, grassy. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Harsh finish. Not good at all.

Cask at a Pigs Ear. Medium golden, foamy head. Grainy with bit more of a bitter bite. Not the usual Christmas beer.
