Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Clear golden copper with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy. straw. biscuit, grains. Taste comprises grass, crackers, green hop tickle, apple core, dusty fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the dreaded 'F' word !

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is nice floral lemon hop, hedgerow hop, hedgerow hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet z grassy hop, green hop, grass, light biscuity malts. Palate is semi sweet, light hop oils, good cask condition.. Decent.

Draft at Pigs Ear. Medium gold with scant head. Muted aroma and taste. Grainy, sticky.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light malts, sweetish. Little floral orange hop. Mild spicy bitterness. Orange peel finish. Clean and drinkable.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours perfectly clear golfnwith a frothy, off-white head. Basic but enjoyable, with mild English yeast, a nip of butter, grass, some leafy notes, lightly toasted grains. Light bodiednwith soft carbonation. Finishes with some grassy bitterness, grain husk. Fine.
