Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, oak, leafs, hay, minerals, alcohol, apple cores, candi sugar, apple peel, mild bourbon, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish oaky, hay, yeast, minerals, oak, apple peel, apple cores, candi sugar, mild bourbon, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Clear golden. Aroma is funk sourest grapes vinegar citrus pips. Quite complex. Taste is surprisingly unsour. Very fruity and sweetish. Not so complex. Bitter finish. Some phenols as well. Not bad.

Ghost bottle at BKL 2018. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is yoghurt, barrel sugar, peach, apricot. Taste is yoghurt, peach, apples, apricot, tannins, white wine. Oily mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Good!

Ghost bottle at BKL2018. Hazy pearling golden, low head. Dry vineous, white wine character, barrel. Dry sparkly dry, a hint apple juice, barrel retronasal.

Bottle thanks to Not Grant. Pours a very hazy gold with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is fruit, wood, floral. Medium mouth, dark fruit, oak, light finish, ok.

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Tart nose with pears and bourbon. Dry with medium and slender rounded mouthfeel. Elegant, champagnoise style, pears, white wine, honey, vanilla and jalapeño. Complex and elegant.

Bottle sample @ BBB. Pours hazy deep yellow with a tiny frothy offwhite head that leaves some sparse thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity and funky with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, pears, green apples, white grapes, vanilla, moist wood, hay, dry soil, peach skins, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Taste is very tiny sour, tiny bitter, slightly fruity and funky. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, sparkling, tiny tannic astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and tiny bitter with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, mixed apples, vanilla, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, peppery wood, lemon zest and hints of paper.
