Hazy deep golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, grain, yeast, lemony notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, stony notes. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, light orange pith, herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, okay.

"HBH Basaltbier", 5,6 %, Flasche (33 cl) vom Getränkemarkt Koch, Fulda.

Amber. Aroma is herbs and grass and some caramel canned peach some river stones. Taste is surorisingly fresh with some grass juices and quite sour. Quite watery with a dry herbal finish. Low carbonation. Ok.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather expressionless, malty aroma, a fruity honey touch. Taste is slightly sweet caramel malty, a minimally floral and fruity honey touch; a bit monotonous and minimally watery.
