Smell of pepper, yeast, hay. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of pepper, sour yeast, straw. Lively carbon. Medium bitter.

Half hazy, frothy, pale gold pour @Crafthaus. 6% edition. Clove-y sweet, rye-like nose. Sharp, charred crust, slightly estery, leafy green bitterness, twinge of pepper but not enough, lingering saltines. Meh.

12oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice spice some brett and grain. Taste is more of the nice grain wheat a spice and some brett.

27/6/2018. Draught at the Skyfall Lounge, Las Vegas. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, yeast, grass, light herb and spice. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light sour edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Taster at brewery. Pale hazy straw color, small head, spotty lacing. Aroma of yeast and grain. Taste too is grainy, bready, some savory spice. Body a tad on the light side. Right in the wheelhouse.

Shared 12 oz. can. Pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and spice. Taste is yeast, spice, lemon, wheat. Dry, bland finish.

6-pack cans from Trader Joe. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a slight warm cap, average retention and not much lacing. Belgian Ale yeast nose with lemon citrus notes and some hops. The taste is very Belgian yeast with some citrus, but more like oranges than lemons. Some hops, but the oranges is what lingers. Refreshing and not bad of a Saison.
