Last bit of the keg at Frisches Bier. Golden, creamy fluffy head. Fresh citric, gherkin, light funky nose. Medium light dry body, slightly chalky, rose water, citrus, juniper, dry spicy finish, a bit sticky on the palate.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Gzub Saison ].Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, herbs - floral, light spicy, light belgium yeast - funky, soured milk - lacto notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, yeast, saison yeast, wheat, floral, spicy - peppery, minerals, light funky. Tap, as "Gzub Saison with orange". Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh yeasts, dough, bananas. Taste is dough, phenolic, peppery yeasts. Velvety mouthfeel with smooth carbonation. Good!

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A slightly hazy dark golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat malt, orange fruits, zest, belgian yeast. Taste of yeasty orange fruits, coriander, wheat.

Bottle. Gigantic rocky head that does not stay long, golden colour. Aroma is quite much clove, also orange peel, some citrusy hops. Medium bitterness. Terribly overcarbonated, which makes it hard to feel the taste of the beer. Average. Rating from Jan 3, 2018: 5/5/4/3/16=3.3 On tap. Amber colour, frothy head, pretty lacing. Aroma is white bread, some spices, a bit of lemon and orange peel. Light bitterness, slightly sour. Light body, sparkling. Decent.

Draught @ Morze Piwa, Gdynia. Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, little saison yeast, grass, sweet fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, saison yeast, grassy, light wood, fruit. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. 081117
