330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty, slightly earthy, leafy and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, a weak touch of red berries and mandarine. Taste is minimally tart-ish, grassy, fruity hoppy, minimally earthy hints of red berries, dark berries, toasty malty basis. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Rather cautious, quite earthy, slightly disharmonious - meh.

Flasche beim Brauereishop bestellt. Dunkles Bernstein, leichter Rotton. Kaum Schaum. Aroma: Zitrus, leicht Karamell, Haselnuss, kalter Kaffee. Geschmack: moderate süße, etwas Fruchtbonbon, Orange, Grapefruit, aber Malz dominiert fruchtige Note. Etwas Karamell. Leicht cremige Konsistenz. Etwas Speichelbildung. Leichte Bitterkeit im Gaumen.

Deep red with a frothy off-white head that lingers. Aroma full of caramel and mixed grains. A bit of butterscotch. Not bad. Taste has a mild, grainy bitterness with strong sweet undertones full of caramel. A touch of cranberry and a touch metallic. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Overall, pleasant stuff.

Tap. Clear ruby color with white head. Aroma is caramel, grains. Taste is caramel, berries, very grain. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Kinda boring.

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A clear reddish golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild red malt, caramelish malt. Taste of caramelish malt, reddish malt, some nuts.
