12 oz can poured at the Cozy Inn in Kenmore. Perhaps the last place I would expect to be enjoying a dark kettle sour. It is stacked in the cooler between a cider and Hamm's tallboys. I win I guess! Dark cola copper brown pour. A red grapes, tart, slight balsamic aroma. Flavor is much of the same going on. A bit of a grape juice sour. Some mixed berries. Slight wine. Some balsamic. This sour seems to just keep getting better with each sip. In the running for best canned sour in my opinion. Awesome!

Yeah, cola colour, small off white foam.
Smells of sour cherries alright but has peculiar odor of something...checking the label..yogurt?
Really? The taste seems to be affected by that as well. Ruins the drinking experience for me.

Draft @ Fairview. Very dark brown in color with a small whisp of tan head. Aroma is vinous and lightly sour, followed by strong a vinous/wine barrel taste. Moderately sour. Enjoyable, but I’d have to stick to this in small doses.

Can from Boise Co-op. Dark ruby pour, small bubbly head dissipates quickly. Aroma reminds of grape juice. Taste is mildly sour, sweet, palatable. Nice gateway sample for the style.

On Tap Dark brown with a scant ring of light tan head/lacing. Dark malt sourness. Like a deep Flanders but darker and more up front lacto. The darker color maltiness is nice. Liked this one.
