0.33 l bottle from 'Brewcomer', best before October 2019. Slightly hazy, dark ruby, barely any head. Slightly sweetish, sourish-fruity, vinous, moderately roasty-malty and minimally funky aroma of chocolate, red wine, oak and red berries with a touchof vinegar. Minimally sweet, quite sour, gently fruity, slightly vinous, a bit roasty-malty taste of chocolate, red fruits, red wine, oak and some vinegar, followed by a short, fairly tart, woody-dry, slightly vinous and maybe minimally funky finish. Medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Refreshing, quite complex, nice!

Tap. Dark brown color. Caramel and Apple in the aroma and flavor. Moderately sour with raisin. Dry in spite of the caramel. Very Nice and balanced.

330ml bottle. Dark brown colour, some off-white bubbles on top, somehwat insipid occurrence. Roasty, minimally chocolately, dark malty and tart-ish, vinegar aroma, a touch of dark chocolate, morello, mustard. Taste is sweet-and-sour, chocolately dark malty, hints of vinegar, a dry woody touch; lingering, acidic finish, minimally sticky palate. Inharmonious, unbalanced.

From tap @Foeders, Amsterdam. Sour nose. Opaque amber brown, looks like cola, fair fizzy beige head, mostly diminishing. Aroma malt, red fruit, wood, yeast, hint of caramel. Flavour medium sweet and sour, malty, fruity, brett, woody notes. Mild fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, brett. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, well-balanced, very nice.

Slok van Huub op 18-4-2019 in Foeders. Donkerbruin, geen schuim, ziet er niet aantrekkelijk uit (glas cola?). Erg zuur naar mijn zich nog ontwikkelende smaak (kleine kinderen vinden suiker nu eenmaal lekkerder, ook aldus dezelfde Huub).

Tap. Brownish color, yellowish foam. Aroma: sour, caramel, sour milk and vinegar, a little dried fruit. Taste: sweet-sour, caramel, a little vinegar and dark fruits and dried fruits, not bad.

Aroma is moderate malty, bread, dark malt, sweet malt, caramel, wood, light to moderate yeasty, yeast, weizen yeast - saison yeast alike. Bottle from Ambrosetti. Dark brown with a full head. Lively, fizzed from the bottle. Aroma of skunk wheat sour. Flavour is dark malty Berliner Weisse, chocolate on the base, spicy finish.
