Sample at the Dublin location. Clear reddish-copper color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, fruit and caramel. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and a touch of earthy hop. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at the Boise Ram. Slight haze deep copper reddish brown. Thin brief beige head. Light toasted caramel malt aroma. Woody lightly bitter hop flavors and a medium toasted malt body. Pretty dry but balanced if a bit plain.

On tap at RAM-Boise. Served in a frosted glass, which negates an already weak nose. Decent looking pour, the best feature of this beer. Taste tried to accent some toffee malts, but is ruined by metallic, acidic finish. Weak.

Draft sample at the Schaumburg RAM. More hop on the nose, and I also scent a bit of unfiltered yeast. Reddish amber in color. Tinge of roastiness to the taste, like a Vienna version of an English bitter. I seem to taste a few sharp US hops added to the main English hop load.
