Single from Kool Keg. 3/3/23. Lo-ball back @the hotel. Murky tea, kinda still pour. Tea, pith & honey over an old grape nose. Mellow tea, earthy spice, soft acidity, old apple, bright pepper. Sweet oxidation & old bread. Thin, mellow carb, strong acid, not sour, but aged out. Good.

Bottle from Zax. More sour than its precedents, but in a good way. Fruity sweetness, in both aroma and taste. Light bodied, reminds one of some Belgian sweet reds, not like the barley wine heaviness of the prior two entries. Light, tart, pungent....

Bottle at Flying Saucer. Pours a hazy ruby gold with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is cherry skin, vinous, faint wood. Thin mouth, tart cherry, wood, light brett, wine coming through more as it warmed, really enjoyed this.
