Sehr angenehm! (30.12.2024.)

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber, creamy head. Estery notes, vanilla, some banana, bread, rye sourdough, lemon, earthy notes. Dry bitterness, minimal sour. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry finish. Not bad!

€-Fläschla: Hazy to cloudy, orangey-golden, small off-white foamy layer; moderate sourish-sweetish nose of rye-bread (sour-dough) and surely of other grains with a cellary-yeasty background; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, nearly medium bodied; drier and lingering sourish-bready and yeasty finish. Quite a good example of this - basically - horrible style...

Bottle. Deep golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, rye spice, spelt, some fruity hops. Taste is caramel, spelt and rye, fruity hops give a nice counterpoint; interesting tartness as well. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good!

(bottle) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a big and firm, slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and delicately cara-malty aroma with a whiff of rye bread, as well as mildly sourish fruity notes. Delicately sweet and sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and mildly bready malt character with notes of wheat, rye-malt and traces of caramel; mildly sour-fruity and delicately sweet finish with a whiff of bitter hops and hints of rye bread in the aftertaste. Interesting and refreshing summer brew. 16.XI.15
