Old fashioned Buegelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, loose and slowly collapsing off-white head; mild sourish nose, dominated by yeast and bananas; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; shorter sweetish-wheaty finish. Quite a tame Weizen...

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and quickly diminishing frothy head. Wheat-malty aroma with fruity notes of banana and citrus, accompanied by hints of white bread, as well as clovy and yeasty spice. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Present wheat character with mildly phenolic spicy notes and loads of fruity accents, mainly citrus and banana, getting delicately vinous and tart towards the finish. Refreshing. 30.VII.17
