22oz Bottle pours out a amber topped with a sand head. Aroma of malts and light sweetness. Tast more of the sweetness and malts a little hop on it.

Bomber from Hollingshead Deli; Nose of light citrus and piney hops mixed with caramel maltiness; hazy amber with a medium off-white head; flavor is hop bitterness and more light hop bitterness witha malty caramel background; finish is hop bitterness. Much more hoppy than most ambers.

Bottle. Ruby amber beer with a nice dark-cream colored head. Malty, light citrus aroma. Caramel malt flavor with light chocolate and citrus. Balanced, but chocolate and citrus clash a bit. Medium bodied. Lingering caramel, nuttiness, and light citrus.

Strong malty caramel aroma with some floral hop. Slightly hazy, orange/red tinged amber coloer. The off-white head was enthusiastic but left rapidly. It did try to lace. Near medium in body with firm carbonation. Starts with caramel and floral malts. Finish is nicely balanced. It’s really good, and somewhat approximates an ESB.

Bottle pours a slear light amber with a modest sandy colored head with blocky lacing. Sllightly sweet woody malt aroma and moderate in most respects. Balanced I suppose, just unremarkable.

Bottle: Pours a clear amber with a fluffy little white head. Aroma is faint of sweet maltiness with a hint of... well it’s a bit nondescript. Yeah, that’s right I can’t put my finger on it. Taste is a balance of hops and maltiness with a little spice and a little earthiness. Thanks Jordan for sharing the newest bottled ales from the valley.
