Birra di aspetto dorato intenso, ispirata alle facili bevute della west coast. Il luppolo è dominante e riflette le caratteristiche dei luppoli americani. In bocca rivela tutto il suo carattere luppolato, esile e facile da bere nonostante la sostenuta gradazione alcolica. Presenta un amaro deciso ma equilibrato che la rende complessa e persistente terminando con note agrumate e resinose.

lattina 50 cl, (gushing) schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo velato, al naso pesca e frutta tropicale, in bocca ananas pompelmo uva, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, dolce con amaro moderato. Più che un’IPA, un’APA. Non è male, è piacevole ma è esageratamente carbonata, forse difettosa. c. Cantina della Birra 17.09.21

Draft glass @ Bir & Fud. Birhgt orange, lovely head. Nose is low grain herbal, orange, bright. Lovely zest, grapefruit peel, low grain, orange peel, very nice.

Draught @ Luppolo 12, Rome. Pours hazy dark straw with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and fruit, with malty and estery notes. Bitter flavout of hops and grass, with estery notes and touches of malt and fruit. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with estery notes. Not baf, just a little watery.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Oro limpida, schiuma bianca media, buona persistenza. Naso esplosivo di frutta tropicale, leggera cipolla. In bocca è equilibrata, forse le manca un po' di spunto amaro, alcol non pervenuto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Discreta.

Sentori di luppolo e fruttato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, luppolo, resina e agrumi.

Bottle from Johnny’s off-licence, Rome. Pours cloudy dull pale brown with a bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of malt, rich dark and tropical fruit, toffee, butterscotch, molasses and hop. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is dry, fruity and bittersweet.
