Bottle from somewhere, maybe Galerie Piva. Murky purple body, pinkish head going away soon, but damn this is fizzy. Extremely sparkling. Interesting aroma, indeed, you have some sweetish blackcurrant, you have some pleasant fermented apples and maybe a light yeasty touch, but it's nicely juicy! Sweet taste, the berry note's quite dried out body-wise but like a shield-like presence in front of some quite... rustical, slightly gluey fermented apple, but somehow, it works together most of the time. The finish is a bit too on the messy side, but the slick sweetness brings things all together. Not bad.
