Bottle 0.75l from our archive, three and half years aged. Cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- honey and fruity - apricot, rowanberries; flowery, soapy, wooden barrel, pleasant alcohol. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, a bit sour, slightly bitter, apricot, pear, berries, honey, barrel aged character, some alcohol. Fuller bodied.
Only average, I'm afraid.

Bottled - enormous, ginormous thanks Fil for sharing it with us! Hazy dark gold body, white head. Bubblegum and honey notes, banana, light mint, the barrel and the tripel notes quite in evidence. Banana, coconutty taste, soft, lean, juicy almost, ending dry and herbal. Very nice!
