Welcome to Vault 203. Deep below the brewery, time stands still. Our oak barrels are well-hidden from the prying eyes of the outside world. This Belgian-style Tripel has been aged in Bourbon barrels with added hazelnut to play off the rich malts.

Bottle 0.75l, one and half years aged. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- dried sweet white grapes, sugarcane, pleasant alcohol, apricot, baked pear, caramel. FLAVOR- smooth, moderately sweet, slightly bitter, grapes again, apricot, overripe and baked pear, nice alcohol. Medium to fuller bodied. Nice surprise from Raven.

Tap at the brewpub for the Raven Fest. Hazy dark amber body, off white head. Complex aroma, orange notes, maltiness, light nutty notes, lightly tart and some mild barrel notes. The taste is slightly tart again, orange notes - actually, on second thought, more like tangerine, the barrel shows up here and there, light caramelly maltiness, light raisin touches, I mean, okay, but the hazelnut is slightly too subdued perhaps, getting it mostly, if not in particularly notable amounts, in the aftertaste. Okay, liked the others in the series more I guess.
