500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden clour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Strawy-malty, minimally grainy and grassy hoppy aroma, a touch of husk and yeast dough. Taste is minimally sweet malty, biscuity, minimally strawy, husky, mild bitter hoppy, minimally grassy counterweight; slightly watery passages, soft and creamy palate.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Be.Re, Rome, with ippopotamo. It poured a clear golden body with medium sized head. Weaker fine herbal to grass hoppy, dusty and grainy aroma. Flavor was lightly sour hoppy, bitter, sweet malty, quite well balanced with honey and fine herbal hops. Medium body with shorter, oily and lightly dry finish. A bit boring, expected something different since it was served in this bar, but anyway it’s an ordinary, correct pils with fine hop qualities well presented.

Tap at Be.Re. in Rome-Italy with heavy. Clear golden color, medium white foam. Nose: hay, grains, very grassy. Mouth: malty really, soft peppery overall, a bit sweet but bitterness balances the entire beer. Lovely.

Bottle bought @ Landbierparadies. Pours tiny hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some sparse lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and slightly floral with crackers, doughy white bread, hay, dried yellow flowers, minerals, lemon peal and hints of iron. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, slightly malty and floral. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly sparkling, tiny dry, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with doughy bread, sourdough crackers, hay, minerals and lemon peal. Solid hoppy Pilsner with a rustic bread malt base I kind of adore. Bottle at Zapfhahn Bamberg. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Not overly carbonated it’s got a little lemon. Some bitterness. very clean. Noble hops kinda come through late on in the finish. Light easy drinking.

Bottle from the brewery. Very pale golden color with a medium head. Herbal hop nose, clean crackery malts. Crisp malt flavor, prickly herbal hops, peppery bitterness in the finish. Soft yet prickly carbonation. Very nice and balanced.

Draught from the brewpub. It was in a Krug so don’t know what it looked like. Light malty aroma. Flavour is sweet crip pils, a little bitter at the back. Nice on a sunny day under a tree.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, getreidig, grasig.
