A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sweetish grainy malt, some yeast, bread. Taste of dry grainy malt, breadish malt, yeast, cereals.

330 ml bottle. Pale clear golden with a foamy head. Hay, grain, lemon, metal, wort, bread, iron. Slightly sour, metallic bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic slightly sour bitter finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, rich lively head. Floral bready nose. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Floral and bready with faint nostes of tiger balm. Low bitterness.

Sample (as Weyermann 42 - Erntebier, thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, grassy and mild earthy tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, hoppy and mild grassy tones. Pleasantly balanced. Surprisingly crisp and refreshing.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, malt, grain, flowers, slight buttery edge. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Okay.
