Flaska från Hier-gibts-bier.de. Klar gyllengul vätska med lågt vitt skum. Doft av säd, bröd och hö. Stor mjuk och rund kropp. Medeltorr, sydtysk snällt humlad pilsner med stora generösa smaker. Stort smakdjup och svår att sluta dricka. Mycket gott.

Aroma had diacetyl, pale malt and grassy hops. Over the palate came floral hops, biscuit, light bread and citric hints.

Pale golden with a large-bubbled white head. Good enough retention, little lacing. Vivid and fresh aroma shows a soft, slightly soapy cerealish base, with a bit of hay. Soon overcomed by rather strong fresh grassy notes, with a floral note too. Quite clean and well defined. Taste notes follow the aroma, but are not equally bright. Light to medium sweetness and average bitterness, good balance in the mouth and light bittering edge in the finish. Light bodied with average carbonation. A rather easy, lively enough mouthfeel. Very classic, overall well made pilsner.

Full golden color. Malty barnyard aroma. The ruralness of the aroma comes back in the flavor. Hopbitter, somewhat malty, and the almost indescribable flavor of a petty farm that has almost disappeared in Holland, but is quite common in Franconia. Interesting pilsener, but well brewed? Not really.
