This ain't your grandma's fizzy blueberry lager. Blueberry Cobbler is a copiously blueberried glass of goodness with real cinnamon and vanilla added. It's purple, not because we add coloring, but because we use natural blueberries. So go ahead and sneak a slice. We won't tell.

wow, what? People actually like this. So much hype for this I started to believe it but I should have trusted my gut and not wasted money. And it was quite a lot of money. This is the stupidest fucking beer Iβve ever had. Sweet sugary grainy fruity. Smells like dirty dishwater. Tasted like sweet fruity dishwater. I canβt believe the high ratings its getting. Weird color too, tended to pale amber but had a vague blue tinge that just made it look like someone mixed iced tea with a dash of koolaid. No head.

Tap at Route CBC. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The nose is pretty sweet, over-ripe blueberry, slightly artificial sweetness, sweet cinnamon and American fruit pie. The taste is sweet, tangy, blueberry skin, earthy, toasty, bread, cake, fruit pie and some spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet. A bit weird thatβs for sure, but not all bad.

12oz, dark pink color, no head. Holy vanilla and cinnamon aroma. itβs loaded with it. nothing else. Not surprising but only faint blueberry taste followed by vanilla, then some peach, light strawberry and finally, cinnamon as a lingering finish. not bad but not for someone who loves beer.

Bottle - thanks Homer! pours clear burnt umber with a small head that leaves a ring and some lacing. Aroma is cinnamon and vanilla, remarkably like the crumbles in a cobbler actually. Flavor is the same, a tad artificial, but really a lot like a fruit cobbler. Blueberry per se is a bit hard to get, perhaps. Light plus sweet with a hint of tartness, very light bitterness, but some astringence. Odd heat given the low ABV. Medium body, a bit of a metallic finish. A great effort at reproducing the original, but in the end not really my thing.

Draft @ Kush. Amber, no head. Aroma is strongly cinnamon, light blueberry, and a fairly sweet finish. Ok, a bit weird and tart.

Bottle - A bit like toothpaste, mint and fresh. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light blueberry and wheat, but just not that great. Disappointing,

22 oz. bottle, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Nose is just like blueberry cobbler, followed by vanilla beans and candied sugar. Flavour is somewhat distorted by the carbonation, bringing out cinnamon, blueberries and toothpaste. Fun, but not overly thrilling, and again, the carbonation is too high. Meh -- not too impressive.
