Made with organic pilsner, a variety of speciality malts and Northwest grown whole hop flowers. Aged with locally grown cherries in oak barrels for at least 15 months. This Beer has mild carbonation followed by an intense cherry flavor which leads to a velvet smooth body and a sweet tart finish.

Aromas are slightly tempered barley wine with a hint of fruit. Flavors are very much like nose, sweetheart up front with some increasing bitter towards the end. Barest hint of alcohol at the very end.
