Keg to a stone flaggon at Meisterstück, Munchen, 07/06/18. Looks golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is malty, straw, biscuit, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, light citric peel, bread dough, toasted grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Tap. Meisterstück, Mitte, Berlin. On the menu at 4.9%. Served in a ceramic mug, but we’ll assume pale gold. Foamy white head. Nose has crisp, grassy hop. Malts are very light and sweet. Taste is clean and lightly sweet. Wonderfully fresh tasting throughout. Any beer was going to taste great after a bit of a protracted trip over, but this is a lovely lager, regardless.

Krug in Meisterstück Haidhausen. Chewy fruity malt base, mellow medium body, good grassy and aromatic hops counterpoint. Quaffable, solid.

Tap. Served in a ceramic mug, so let's assume it was hazy golden, the head is creamy. Aroma is grainy, bready yeasts. Taste is nutty, bready, some juicy malts, but the graininess is more prominent than the juiciness. Natural carbonation. Nice, but not exciting.
