Lawless our maverick brew follows the 500- year-old Bavarian brewing law to achieve traditional purity using only four ingredients. We then added a blend of Pilgrim, El Dorado and Styrian Goldings hops. With Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Caragold, lager yeast and our own mineral rich local water. Coolly lagered for 40 days – oh, and we slipped in a dash of hops, whilst no one was looking – for a sharp, citrusy kick.

On tap at Purity Kitchen Brum with Sarky and Rich. Clear gold lasting white head. Decent pilsner. Clean crisp refreshing bit of herby hop on finish. Good.

On tap at Pure Kitchen, Birmingham, Tuesday 25th November 2014. Pours clear gold with a slim white head. A jolly decent lager, goes down really well with fish, chips and mushy peas. There is a slight sweet edge but pretty good for style. Middling lagery, mineral bitterness lingers. Mmmhh.. really like this it’s pretty good. However as Loz pointed out, I wonder if Redwillow will be smarting at a possible beer name that may have escaped them here? A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

On keg at Small bar, Bristol, 1/7/2014. Golden with a touch of fizz and slight, white, head. Pleasant lager, with a touch of floral hop, cereal mlats, some hay and moderately bitter finish.

Keg at Pure Bar and Kitchen cheers Chriso; burnished clear amber pour with a frothy white head, malt and bready aroma, taste had feint citrus, grass, and a bit of sweet honey.
