Kolsch brewed with a single hop varietal from France (via Comptoir Agricole). Aroma is primarily pear, banana, and tropical fruits. Secondary flavors of grainy malt and floral notes are also present balancing the fruit flavors. This beer is light bodied with a bitter, dry finish.

Draft. Barley malt and hay aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter orange peel/hay flavor. Good body. Good - much hoppier than the average Kölsch .

Tap at Drinktec. Hazy grey yellow. Fruit youghurt aroma, peach, passion fruit notes. Medium body. A bit muddled flavors, more a smoky pale ale really.
