Tap at Hawkes. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is mealy, mineralic, a bit dusty green apple skin, bone dry, tannic, even dusty finish. Flat. Quite interesting.

Polycask, at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 19th 2008 Pours warm clear gold, nice funky tingly aroma of crisp appleskins. Taste is good there is plenty of apple there, but as single varietals go not one of the best, bit drying on the finish, good and tangy sharp at times.
