From cask ad Oliver’s Fine Cider Dabinett at Craft Beer Co – Covent Garden with Terje 15.04.25. Cloudy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of slightly bitter cider apples, apple peel and leather. Good!

Taste is tart apple, some solventy funk, citric, and woody, oak, acidic, drying tannin. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky finish. Nicely drinkable

Tap at Hawkes. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is mealy, mineralic, a bit dusty green apple skin, bone dry, tannic, even dusty finish. Flat. Quite interesting.

Polycask, at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 19th 2008 Pours warm clear gold, nice funky tingly aroma of crisp appleskins. Taste is good there is plenty of apple there, but as single varietals go not one of the best, bit drying on the finish, good and tangy sharp at times.
