(swing top bottle) Almost clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly yeasty, mildly grainy malty aroma with herbal and subtle citric hops. Slightly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Dry malt character with a slightly grainy touch, backed by herbal-spicy hops; dry and moderately hop bitter finish. Nothing special. 04.VII.18

Schnapp-Fläschla: Light golden, hazy, stable and creamy bleached head; sweetish grainy and worty nose, yeasty fruitless and woody hops underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, pretty soft; short and watery worty and herbal-bitter finish. Not very good, but still well drinkable...

Bottle. Rather clear yellow color with fluffy white head. Aroma is citrusy, bready, grainy, sulphuric. Taste is bready, light citrus, light sulphur. Natural carbonation. Quite drinkable, but rather sweet, despite being watery.

Pours a cloudy yellow color body of small white head. Aroma of toasted grain and grass. Watery!

Bottle looks very simple, like a cheap beer. Beer in the glass better. Fine turbid, nice head. Starts quite soapy and dry, sourish, very unbalanced. Finish a bit better but still very soapy. Not my favourite!

Bottle, Rother for Ammersee Getränke Gmbh. Very Pale golden, white cream. Light mealy base, a bit grassy hoppiness, pretty bland. Medium body. Quick finish. forgettable. Old rating: 7 4 6 3 11 Aroma has notes of apples and flowers. Cloudy pale yellow, nice stable head and champagne carbonation. Mostly neutral taste, a bit bitterhops in the aftertaste. Lightbodied. Other Zwickl are more interresting. Quite similar to the Öko-Urtrunk, but the brewery informed me they are different beers.
