Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. oderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Some fruity esters. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, reddish brown with a beige head. Nose has dried and overripe fruit. Rich body, lowish carbonation, not realy as complex as the ingredientlist would let me hope - as if it’s not really mature yet. Right now it’s a bit one-dimensional with a late boozy finish. When you know what womders the Westvleteren yeast can work, then this is disappointing. 080216

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Syndikatet Overhovedet 2015 ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted - toasted, bread, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, roasted - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

DØE. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruits with notes of sugar. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruits, candy, sweet, notes of sugar and a little bitter.

KØ15. Weak fruity aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet, Even sugary. Quite roasted, perhaps a bit young.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a deep orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish. Toasted malty. Sweet and caramelish malty. Ligering toasted malty finish.
