This really is not my brand. My mistake. I like pure hard ciders. Overload of spices. Cooked apple pie apples with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sweet and tart and overspiced. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overly complicated and unnatural. No farm no fun.

Cinnamon, clove, fermented apple. Cardamom on the tongue, not too sweet, loads of cinnamon again. Fairly balanced although a lot is going on. Hops take a step beck in this one.

330ml bottle, trade from Herrklemann, thanks Klemens! Yellow gold colour, white foam head and aroma of spiced apple, cinnamon, citric hop. Taste is apple pie, cinnamon, baked apple, spice, with a zingy citrusy hop note. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry spiced finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Low bubbly head, misty grey golden body, fragile lacing. Spiced fruity aroma, dry. Perfumed taste of sweet apples, cinnamon and ginger. Sweet ending. Watered mouth feel. About drinkable. Not for me, really (Shared with djoeye, Tromsø 13.10.2017).

Søgne 020917. Golden color with a white head. Flavor is spices, cardamon, cinnamon, baked apple, apple. Christmas cider.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is cinnamon, chai spice, warming Bratapfel, some grassy hops. Taste is Bratapfel, chai spice, rather dry finish. Medium carbonation. Very nice!

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med skibsrederen omboed på Fridtjofen etter vellykket manøver: uklar strågul med filmskum. Nydelig aroma og frisk smak med deilige epler og julekrydder (kardemomme, muskat og kanel) og honningsødme. Julens flytende krydderkake!

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 16.08.17. Cloudy yellow. Fine aroma and taste of cider, ywllow apples, cinnamon and yule tide spices. Crisp and refreshing.
