Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkClear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity, citrus, peach. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130503]

CBC. Light haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Sharpish minerals. A little pale malt with tangy sweetness. Nicely balanced medium citric hops. Crisp dry finish with mild bitter linger. Solid and clean.

Fra fat på CBC mai-13: dagens første øl, og en løfterik start på festivalen. Spennende med mikrobrygg fra Kina, og denne var velhumlet og frisk. Gikk tilbake senere på dagen for en påfyll.

Sample at CBC 2013, Friday. Clear golden with a fairly large white head. Aroma and taste of grape, citrus and some orange. Medium body and with bitter finish. An ok one.
