Keg at Behemoth. It pours cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, toasty grain, cereal, white bread, kind of doughy, nougat and candied citrus. The taste is crisp, soft, dry, mellow bitterness, bready, melon, sugary, candy, earth, straw, spice, light booze, barnyard, gooseberry and funk with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Solid enough saison, but I can't say it would stand out in a crowd.

500 ml bottle purchased at One Stop Market, Haverhill, MA. Slightly hazy, murky straw color, lasting head retention. Nose is ample Belgian yeast with a large amount of wheat. Yeast is the main players here with some spicy black peppery hints in the finish. Body is medium with a dry spicy texture. A good collaboration beer.
