50 cl bottle. Basement aromas and alcohol. Slightly cloudy dark golden colour.Small head .Malty and nutty. Medium carbo.

Optisch dunkles Kupfer, null Perlung, komplett flach, somit auch kaum Schaum. In der Nase Karamell, im Trunk Rosinen, Karamell, leicht alkoholisch. Okay.

On tap at the Brewpub, Forcheim, Friday 9th June 2023, on my own as Loz flies out to Greece with work tomorrow. Difficult to determine the colour as served in a stoneware mug, guessing that it pours amber? with a white head gold, looking down on it, it looks a little hazy, nice mouthfeel, a little caramel, not bad.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Mild caramel and orange peel aroma. Slightly dusty. Taste is bittersweet, a mix of herbal bitterness and lingering, sweet caramel. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Decent chewiness. A pleasant Kellerbier.

Bottle from trade with SinH4, many thanks! Pours clear golden with white head. Citrus, bread, a wee bit of cardboard. Some minerality and dry grass. Sweetish. Nice.

Bottle, light amber color. Apricot and malt in the nose. Hopbitter, buttery flavor, again with apricot and a touch of wood. low on carbon, like most kellerbiers. Hopbitter, almost nutty aftertaste. Very pleasant beer, should even be better from cask.

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Gyllengul klar vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Rejäl kropp med brödiga smaker, lätt honungssötma, stora rejäla och djupa smaker, lätt beska med lite hö och örter. Samtidigt frisk och lättdrucken. Mycket gott.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy, very hazy amber colour, white foam. Some yeast flakes. Very well balanced Keller. Malty, light bready, refreshing. Good!

At the source. Can’t see it, it’s in clay. Dusty aroma. Taste is peppery hay. Nice.
