Bottle at home, 17th October 2021. Pours a clear beer, with tiny bubble and a frothy white bubbly head. Aroma is yeast, dough and straw, fresh grass. Taste is yeasty, light caramel, straw and fresh grass, hay, dough, bread, bittersweet. Overall it’s a decent beer, not a favourite style of mine, but these guys do it well

330ml Bottle from Beersniffers. Pours a clear light golden colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of cereals, grains, doughy bread and honey. Taste is again bready with more honey, cereals and grains. Malty and slight sweet finish. Medium body, fair carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Alcohol well hidden for abv. Nice beer.

330ml bottle. Clear, dark yellow-ish to orangey, golden colour with small to average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly grainy, minimally starchy, malty aroma, a floral touch of honey. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, malty, floral hints of honey, bitter hoppy counterpart, minimally metallic overtones. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, dry, minimally repellent-metallic palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Clean, not too sweet, rather drinkable - OK.

Bottle (7.5% ABV) from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and honey. Flavour of grass and bread. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Not my favourite beer style but this is nicely balanced and easy to drink.

Festbier styled. a stronger version of a helles. Light colored, a bit boozy, fruity full body. A bit dmsy. But probably just suffering mostly from handling and the season. D&S Dresden
