Bottle @ Nova Pinta, Prague. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bitter hoppy, grass, old hops, some fruit, light piney. Flavor is bitter, malt, caramel, bitter hoppy, grass, citrus, old hops, alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, bitter finish. Not fresh, but drinks allright. 300318

Bottle at home grabbed from Half Barrel which really is starting to impress with interesting suds. Cloudy amber pour. Nose is caramel and malt. Tastes very malty, caramel, earth, cardboard, hops add bitters but no flavor. Odd plastic aftertaste not terrible brew but not that tasty.

Clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation..Soft malts, light sweetness. Hops bring mild spice and mild orange peel. Modest bitterness. Smooth finish leaves a mild tangy bitter linger. Tidy buy may have faded a bit.

Tasting glass draft @ Beerlovers Bar. Dark amber, reddish amber, tanned head. Nose is heavy caramel pine resin, goop, very syrup old school pine resin, aromatic grapefruit peel. Taste is dull flat bitter pine, empty with mothballs, cobwebs, leaves, too empty unpleasant weird bitter leaves, cobwebs, stale caramel, empty, weak, bland, didn’t work for me.

Pours clear copperamber. Quite dark. Smell is caramel malty, bit unfresh. Taste is mild caramel, unfresh maltyness. Bit bitterness over the aged maltyness, no hoparoma. Not that good.

bottle - Pours a hazy copper color with virtually no head. It looks under-carbonated and a taste confirms it. I’m not sure how that happened but the bottle is a little over 6 months old. It smells mainly of hops with resinous character. Though older than I’d normally want for an IPA, the flavor is still hop intensive. There are notes of resin and earthiness and a little citrus though not as much as I’d expect given the varieties of hops used. Medium bodied. It’s pretty good except for the carbonation issue. It’s probably better if fresher.

Cloudy amber ale, good ivory head. Aroma: honey malts, tropical fruit. Medium body. Sweet malts and is d fruity hops on taste. 5 months old. Not in best shape already.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber. Nice fruity hops aroma, tropical and citric, some malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice bitter fruity hops, lingering finish. Good.

500ml bottle. Barely clear, dark amber colour with late awakening, small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, notes of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, orange zest, a touch of peanut. Taste is piney and citrusy, bitter hoppy, notes of grapefruit, orange, lemon, tangerine, orange zest, rather light, caramel malty background with a touch of almond; lasting bitter hoppy finish.
