# 866; 9/2017. Hodně ovocná, plnější, kvasnicovější a hořčí IPA.

Bottle, huge thanks Simon! Hazy golden body, thick, lasting, big white head. Enormous aroma, all citric hops, sharp lemon-lime mix. Taste... lemon-flavored effervescent tablet, some bitterness, bone-dry! Astringent, damn astringent. This... just isn't well made. No huge flaws, but the maltiness is just... non-existing and the water needs to be modified, and they'll be onto something okay. Like all other Crazy Ducks we've tried... close, but no banana.

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko and Anna God. As 1 hour IPA. Murky golden, medium to large off-white creamy head. Moderately hoppy, perfumy, zest, citrus oils. Multivitamin candy. Astringent. Light body, soft carbonation, finish is weird. Messy.

Bottled 330ml. -from E.Leclerc Ljubljana. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head that stays for a while, mild citrusy nose. Moderate malty, light caramel, tropical fruits and mild citrusy hoppy with bitterish finish. Not the freshest one.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, toasted malts, grassy, biscuity. Oily mouthfeel with high carbonation. Solid.

0,33 l bottle. Pours murky dark golden with a a finger of frothy white head, no lacing at all. Prominent aroma is honey, some citrus and tropical fruit, herbal notes and malt. Aroma was much more pleasant, tropical fruit and citrus when I poured beer into glass. Honey like grainy malts dominate flavor, but it’s rough and not very pleasant. Taste is medium sweet with light bitterness. Body is light, texture is slick and carbonation average to lively. Finish is long, honey and herbal flavor with moderate rough bitterness. I can’t shake feeling that fermentation was not 100% complete this bottle/batch.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky copper / brown pour with small off-white head. Very good retention. Very refreshing on the nose, great hop character with lots of herbal notes. Medium body, softly carbonated. Pleasantly smooth texture. Bitter tasting, just the right amout of bitterness for perfect refreshment. Rich hoppy aroma. Fruity with citrus and tropical notes, herbal and peppery background. Grassy and dry. Slight tartness developing later on. Malts coming more into play towards the finish. Lasting bitter finish, slightly dry. Overall, very tasty. Enjoyed it on a hot dummer day and it was incredibly refreshing. Lovely IPA, one to get back to.

Bottle, 0.50l. Hazy amber brown color with thin creamy off-white head, great lacing, small floating yeast particles and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of resin, dark and tropical fruit, caramel and flowers. Taste starts with medium sweet toasted malt and juicy fruitiness, following is grassy and slightly honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. I like this duck...
