Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si riportano indizi di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara e lime.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is farty, old hops, toasted malts, piney. Taste is the same, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Ok.

On tap at BQ - Birra artigianale di Qualità (via Losanna), Milano. Pours dark orange to amber with off-white head. Citrus piney aroma. Caramel malty, medium hoppiness, bitter finish. Good One.

Hazy amber color with generous head. Caramel base, but it has a bit of fruitiness at least, strawberry; dryish mouthfeel, with good amount of resiny hops.
A bit dirty, and too much caramel for me.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Orangée, col fin blanc cassé. Arôme est légèrement houblonné, fruité et herbacé. Palais rappelant le Chinook, un peu en bouche sur une pointe d’épice. Malt pâle sur un biscuité léger. Sec et poussiéreux avec une petite note de Centenial ou Fuggle? Pas mauvaise, mais certainement pas qcq chose de mémorable au niveau gustatif surtout dans l’exécution.
