Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, nectary, some citrus and mild sweet bready notes. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary with some mild soapy and bitter notes too. Quite British golden ale to the style.

Fläschli (Dank an Quack-Duck!):Deep golden to light orangey coloured, medium-sized lacy white head, moderate bitter-sweet grapefruity-hoppy nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, but also soft; slightly lingering orangey-hoppy finish with a delicate caramelly counterpart. Refreshing, but still a bit thin...

Bottle. Light, crisp and refreshing...and a bit weird. Some strange notes of paper in both aroma and taste.

Bottle from Coop Zurich. Pours Clear amber with a white head. Malty bitter with some hops. Would have prefered it a bit lighter and smoother.

Bottle from Coop, Crissier
Hazy golden-amber color, with medium sized head. Aroma of malt and vegetables, cabbage, puckery. Malt and caramel flavor, with character, and with some underground hop, but unfortunately also with an evident cabbage, vegetables afterflavor. Good idea, but the execution must be reviewed; it has potential.

Bottle, danke Julian! Hazy dark golden, frothy offwhite head. Peachy, flowery, somewhat perfumed aroma. Minerally hayish malt body, light metallic and grandmother flower hops. Medium body, ending on a slightly flat metallic note. Peaches retronasal. In my mind not as greatly balanced as their other offerings.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with Per, thanks! Poured a misty dark orange-golden body with a medium sized slightly off white head. Fruity nose, green apples, aroma hop, fresh. Nice! Nice, balanced flowery taste, like Per said, more English than American in reality. The malt profile isn’t thrilling, just some honey, but the flavors that the hops leave are genuinely nice. Bitterish hoppy aftertaste.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy deep golden, rich firm head. Interesting floray lay aroma. Dry with fairly soft mouthfeel, Relaxed and hoppy, lots of hay. Much more British in style than American. Hugely drinkable with long bitterness. Well balanced and really good!
