Handwerklich gebraut nach dem Bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516. Einst war es das Recht der Landbevölkerung, steuergünstiges Bier zu brauen oder brauen zu lassen. Im Zeichen dieser Tradition entsteht das Hausbrauerbier nach historisch überliefertem Rezept. Frische und Süffigkeit mit herben Röstmalz- und Hopfennoten unterscheidet dieses leicht dunkle Bier vom malzig-süßen, bayerischen Dunkel. Naturtrüb abgefüllt und animierend trinkig.

Many thanks for this swing top beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o niewielkiej piance, karmelowo zbozowym smakiem, chlebowa skorka, slodowosc byla tu pierwsza ale taka zbozowa niezbyt slodka. Kolor ciemno bursztynowy, nisko wysycone, naturalne piwo. Ogolnie srednio-dobre. Stylowa czarno-biala etykieta podobala mi sie.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours amber with a decent off-white head. Aroma is malty, sugary, caramel, honey, bread. Flavour is sweet, unbalanced and one-dimensional. Light body, medium to light carbonation. Boring.

Trübes bräunliches Zwickel mit geringem Schaum. Geruch hopfig grasig, Geschmack angenehm herb, minimal säuerlich, süffig.

Quite tasty for a lager type beer. It has notes of grain, malt and hops. And the bottle looks very cool.

Der Geruch ist süßlich-malzig, der Antrunk wässrig-süßlich. Zum Hauptteil hin wird das Bier ziemlich süßlich-malzig. Ganz leichte Röstmalzaromen sind wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt aber ziemlich süßlich. --> Nettes, süßlich-malziges Bier, für meinen Geschmack aber einen Tick zu süßlich!

Clear caramel brown colour, creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, mild nuts, toast and malts. Quite sweet flavour, very light hop touch. Fruity finish.

Aroma is rather malty with grain and hay. Also slight sourness. Flavour starts slightly tart, continues with bready, grainy and malty notes and finishes with hints of mint. Aftertaste is slightly sour and tart. Typical and good kellerbier!
