“Rittnayer Hallerndorfer Hausbrauerbier“, Flasche (50 cl) von Grabsch, Berlin. - Orangebraun, gut trüb. - In der Nase deutliche apfelig-fruchtige Noten über mild karamelligem Malz mit schwacher Hopfengrundierung. - Antrunk mild karamelmalzig mit guter Malzsüße und leicht zitroniger fruchtiger Note. Schwach krautiger Hopfen, der in eine etwas schroffe Bittere mit Anklängen an faule Eier mündet. Milder rezent, wäßriger Eindruck. Im Abgang unpassende limonadige Noten und derbe Hopfenbittere wie von feuchtem Laub. - Zweitklassiges Landbier, limonadig fruchtig und zu derb gehopft. In Hallerndorf möchte ich nicht Hausbrauer sein ...

swing top bottle 500ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty malty nose. Moderate malty, bready, light grainy, notes of caramel and touch of herbal hops with short dry bitter finish.

Bottle at Broom courtesy of the importers / distributors. Amber/red body with a tiny white head, clean maltiness dominates both the aroma and the taste, slightly grainy. Not bad, well executed.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is nutty, grassy, herbal, some juicy malt fruits, caramel, a touch roasted. Taste is nutty, grainy, bready, caramel, again Fruchtgummi. Natural carbonation, soft mouthfeel, highly drinkable. I have the feeling this one?s approaching the end of its lifetime (BB date is in 2 weeks), but the touch of oxidation doesn?t make it bad. Very nice rustic Landbier!

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is citrus fresh herbs grass flour slight fruit. Taste has lots of citrus sourness with some dusty hops lots of bitter pale malt. A bit too sour and dusty for drinkability. A bit unclean. Hm

Balanced and hugely drinkable.

[backlog] 09-04-16 / 500ml bottle at home. Amber brown colour. Decent hop notes. Medium sweet. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. 500ml Flip-top bottle in Weiss Blau, Berlin on 21st Jan 2016. Amber pour to this malty brew with an off-white head. Semi-sweet with a mild hop bitterness just below the surface to help cancel out the sweet caramel notes within both the nose and flavour.

Many thanks for this swing top beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o niewielkiej piance, karmelowo zbozowym smakiem, chlebowa skorka, slodowosc byla tu pierwsza ale taka zbozowa niezbyt slodka. Kolor ciemno bursztynowy, nisko wysycone, naturalne piwo. Ogolnie srednio-dobre. Stylowa czarno-biala etykieta podobala mi sie.
