Draft at PreFunk. Much better than Paulaner. Medium amber, small silky head Grainy aroma, taste adds some caramel. Smooth and creamy. Nice flavor and bready finish.

Pours a reddish gold. Smallish head of foam.
Smells kinda hoppy, a bit of bread.
Taste is learns more towards the hoppy than malty but not majorly.
A pretty balanced, easy drinking and surprisingly good Amber. Happy 150th, Leinenkugel!

Tap at BKL17, is this not an alias to their Oktoberfest? Golden color with tan head. Aroma is grainy, caramel. Taste is bready, grainy, touch of caramel, dry finish. Very grainy. Oily mouthfeel.

Tap(BKL 2017): Deep golden, clear, creamy and lacy white head; quite dry malty nose, some honey, some herbal hops; mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. Disappointing…

Amber with little white head. Aroma is herbs, dusty malt, some gummy bears. Taste is a sour bite, dusty malt, some hay juice. Not so easy to drink. Rather harsh.
Sweet, red beer, pretty good.
