Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - golden amber with steady bubbles. Nose - dank dry apples and apple skin. Taste - dry apples and apple skin again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - decent cider.

Cask handpump at the Paul Pry, Worcester, Saturday 29th November 2014. Cloudy yellow in colour a little egginess on the nose, lovely zappy bittersweet apple tang. A bit of sharpness, just right. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14. 3.4

At the Cardinal’s Hat, Worcester, 23/7/2014. Amber with a small, off-white head. Well-balanced cider, with some dryish apple fruit, hint of wood and easy finish. Enjoyable.

500ml bottle from Mr Barbourne @ Ludlow Spring Festival May 14. Pours gold with a light haze, fresh floral apple aroma, sharp green apple in the taste, moderate fruitiness with rough tannins. Well blended and very drinkable. Right up my street this.
