The definition of sessionable! This 3.5% Pale Ale offers a surprisingly full body which allows the hops to remain balanced. Think biscuit, citrus and refreshing. Our APA is not too hoppy and is the perfect gateway, thirst-quenching beer.

44cl can from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: amber, hazy. A: malty, orange, grapefruits, lemon, bit biscuits, tropical fruits touch. T: light to medium malty base, orange with lemon, biscuits, grapefruits, decent bitterness, not very clean taste and for me APA with lemon citrus notes is not very for the style, drinkable.

440ml can. Pours muddy amber, small white head, ok retention. Sour and dusty hop aroma with sweet malts. Taste is a little sour with a big dose of malts, part bread part biscuit in note. Moderate body and low carbonation. Very mild bitterness in the finish. Nice enough but a bit dull.

Can at home, from CW online, 09/09/20. Deep amber pour with a decent white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is mellow fruit esters, orange marmalade, light breads, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, sugary notes, toasted malts, caramel wafer, light breads, crackers. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest astringent bitterness. So so affair .... dull and muted ... nothing like their usual reliable hoppy numbers. Mostly down the drain with this one ... not worth the cals!

Hazy deep amber colour. Can from The Made Inn Ashford and drunk on a picnic blanket. Eek. Didn't like this. Musty aroma. Bad flavour. Musty. Malts not much hop. Drain pour
