Bottle @ Koelschip. 2016 vintage. Hazy red pour with a small pinkish white head. Lovely raspberry nose. One of the best I've ever sensed. Solid lambic lingers in the background. Tiny sweet, sour & heavy fruity taste. Plenty of vanilla that supports the berries in a very nice way. Soft, dry & tart mouthfeel. Raspberry pie awesomeness!

Boston CBC: pours bright red with pinkish head. Aroma is raspberry and funk. Taste is a quite sour and not at all sweet raspberry. Not the mostcomplex especially after having another beer from them right before but quite good.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Koelschip, Stefansgade No.35 kld., Copenhagen, Denmark 2200. [ As Bokkereyder Framboos Noyaux ].Clear dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink - off-white head. Aroma is moderate barnyard, leather, heavy raspberry, tart raspberry, vanilla, finky, light peach - fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, funky, raspberry, fruity - peach, dry, woody notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Re-rate 2/21: Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Lovely deep red, pink head. Tons of jammy berries, some vanilla, barnyard, sour, a bit lemony. From bottle at Koelschip. Hazy red color with pinkish head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky, tart fruity, berries - raspberries, sweet vanilla notes. Light sweet and moderate acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
