Wild festival. Hazy pale purple with white head. Sour raspberries, stone fruit, not getting a lot of the vanilla. Quite acidic, sharp on the stomach. Nice fruit forward.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Fairly hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma of big raspberry fresh and tart with a lovely light funk and hints of vanilla. Flavour is above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Beautiful!

Gorgeous violetish colour, super clear. Medium sourness. Huge amounts of raspberry, works wonders with the vanilla and the almondy apricot pits. Complex and amazingly flavourfull. Really a tremendous beer. Stunning.

Sampled from bottle at Beerlovers Bar - Lambic Night 2019. Pours unclear redpink, small white head. Smell is full, raspberry, creamy, very easy going and fruity, natural, with almost a touch of vanilla to it. Taste is full, raspberry, in the best way imaineable ! , hint of vanilla again, strong sourness but blended in nothing short of perfectly. Lovely beer, lovely batch. Makes one love life !

Bottle split 5-ways at Grote Dorst. Pours hazy red with a big pink head. Aromas of sweet and acidic raspberries, lots of vanilla, almond, light lactic notes and a subtle wet forrest-like funk in the back. Taste is very tart, lactic, vanilla, almondy sweetness, citric, lemony, sweet raspberries. There’s something about the vanilla and tartness that blends in a way I don’t particularly love - not only in this but in vanilla sours in general. This is one of the beers where it works out better than usually, for me atleast. Still prefer the puur of all the framboos though!

Bottle shared at foeders. Amsterdam. A mostly clear deep pinky red coloured pour with a lasting dusting of pink head. Aroma is lovely fresh fruit, strawberry jam, vanilla sweetness, tart and vibrant fruit, sharp edge,. Flavour is composed of intense layered red berries, raspberry, woody, vanilla,, prickly tart raspberry. Intense. Paalte is sharp, clean, high carbonation, prickly, fine. Lingering jammy fruits, tingling lips. Absolutely supurb.

(Bottle sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours quite cloudy medium red with a small pale pink head. Notes of intense, moderately jammy but also fresh and tart raspberries, wet hay barnyard funk, moderate vanilla with a sweet touch, citrus peel acidity, hints of peach, oak, soft tannin, light vinous kiss, tart but not sour, sweetness dancing around at the core, well-balanced into a long fruity finish with persistent tartness and a good tannic drydown. Medium bodied, slick, with moderate effervescent carbonation. Damn, that's fantastic; the combination of barrel, the vanilla, and the noyaux just kicks this up a notch above the others in the series I was fortunate to try. Beautiful fruit lambic indeed.
