Bright golden colour with aromas of ripe apples. Soft mouthfeel and low acidity with a refreshing fruity finish. Very easy to drink, a real thirst quencher and great session material – to be drunk on a night out. Gently sparkling.

330ml bottle from Balmoral Castle Restaurant - Clear gold, no head. Crisp sweet apple concoction with a decent tartness on the finish. Pretty standard fare, but still not too bad.

This cider has an pleasant enough apple aroma. Flavor is sweet, ripe apples but not overly sugary. Slight tartness. Easy drinking. Rather nice.

Festival pint (20 oz) draft at Ryries at Haymarket Station, Edinburgh, Scotland. It is a crystal clear light gold color with zero retention or lacing. Strangely, not much apple aroma. Sweet apple cider flavor and not much else. Smooth and clean. It's thin like most ciders. Lower carbonation than I expected. Zero bitterness. Very refreshing. Definitely not beer.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Clear pale gold with some fizzy white foam. Aroma of sweet apple, skins, pear drops, white sugars; a bit basic. Taste of tangy apple, dry skins, icing sugar, a light bitterness to balance; ok. Light to medium bodied, oily but avoids that syrupiness that some poor ciders have. A bit average but its fine.
